With the formation of Tehsil unit Harraiya, the meeting of Indian Journalist Association was held at Ashirwad Hotel. National President Seraj Ahmed Qureshi, who was present during the meeting, congratulated the newly elected office bearers and motivated them to strengthen the organization. It started around 12 noon at Ashirwad Hotel in Harraiya town. In the meeting, Dhruv Kumar Mishra was unanimously elected as Tehsil President, Deepak Soni as General Secretary, Shivkumar Kamal as Senior Vice President, Krishna Dutt Dubey, Chandra Shekhar Soni and Santosh Pandey as Vice President, the same senior journalist Achyuta Nand Mishra as Patron, Shailendra Pratap. Singh was elected organization minister Shiv Mangal Pandey as spokesperson and treasurer, Neeraj Vishwakarma as tehsil secretary, Anoop Mishra as Vikramjot block president, Somesh Shukla and Sahil as council members. Apart from these, Anil Ojha was nominated as State Spokesperson Purvanchal and Shatrughan Pandey as State Vice President Purvanchal by the National President.
During this, people including senior members of the organization Rajesh Singh Suryavanshi, Ajit Soni, Santosh Tiwari, Atul Singh, Sitaram Maurya, Gulab Ahmed, Arun Singh, Harishankar Pandey, Dhanish Tripathi, Sachin Srivastava were present.
